Cryptocurrency is a complicated niche with its own nuances that require mastering, and the existing app lacked proper UI/UX design. Additionally, the system and profile settings were placed together, causing an overloaded screen and difficulty in finding features.

We took a sprint methodology approach and decomposed the project into small tasks, starting with UX design and building a detailed mind map. We upgraded the user experience by streamlining core user flows, adding a widget, and splitting up the functionality of the app into 'Replenish', 'Buy', 'Withdraw', and 'Exchange' features.

We rebuilt the system and profile settings screen, added a widget, and carefully worked out the UI-kit and layout structure. Our team completely reworked the way navigation works and made the service more intuitive and convenient for the users.
